Exchange 2010 - Export schránek do PST a jejich odstranění

Po rozvázání pracovního poměru se zaměstnancem je třeba vyřešit, co se stane s jeho emailovou schránkou. Nejjednodušší je schránku smazat. Často ovšem bývá požadavek na zálohování schránky ještě nějakou dobu. Ideální je tedy export do PST a odklizení do archivu.

Pro export schránek do PST je třeba nejprve si přidat práva a to v PowerShell concole:

New-ManagementRoleAssignment –Role "Mailbox Import Export" –User Administrator

Potom lze mailbox vyexportovat takto:

New-MailboxExportRequest -Mailbox username -FilePath \\server\pst\username.pst

Export probíhá asynchronně a stav exportu lez zjistit takto:

Get-MailboxExportRequest -Name MailboxExport | fl

nebo takto:

Get-MailboxExportRequest | Get-MailboxExportRequestStatistics

Seznam ukončených exportů zobrazíme takto:

Get-MailboxExportRequest | where {$_.status -eq "Completed"}

A smazání úspěšných requestů na export potom provedem takto:

C:\>Get-MailboxExportRequest | where {$_.status -eq "Completed"} | Remove-MailboxExportRequest
