Jak mě chytl revizor

Tak jsem vám včera jel vlakem do Blanska a zpět. Super cesta. Našel jsem si na internetu, jak mi jede autobus na Starou osadu, tam jsem našel nádraží, a koupil si zpáteční lístek do Blanska. Do Blanska jsem dojel bez problémů.

Pominu to, že jsme pak jeli do Horní Lhoty a to navíc zbytečně. Každopádně autobus jel zpátky asi za hodinu a tak jsme do Blanska šlapali pěšky. Pěkná procházka. Všechno v pohodě, vyřídil jsem, co jsem chtěl a nasedl na vlak zpátky. Jedu si takhle zpátky, čtu si, průvodčí mi cvaknul lístek a já si stále čtu. V Židenicích se zavřeli dveře a vlak pokračoval na nádraží. V tu chvíli se otevřeli dveře vagonu a ozvalo se „REVIZE JÍZDENEK“. Poprvé jsem ve vlaku viděl revizora. V dobré vůli jsem mu podal lístek a on mi ho orazítkoval a vrátil se s lovy, že je jen do Židenic a jestli mám něco na pokračování. Byl jsem v šoku. A celý ten šok mě stál 410,- Kč. Tedy bude stát, pokud to zaplatím do 15 dnů a nebo potom 810,- Kč.

Hlášenka pokuty

Tomu říkám pech. Ten revizor byl z Veselí nad Moravou a jestli jel v tom vlaku celou dobu a mě musel vyhmátnout zrovna v těch 3 minutách na které jsem zapomněl na lístek, tak to docela naštve.

[1]: No na to, že potřebuju na hlavňák. Já jsem si zafixoval, že mám lístek Brno - Blansko - Brno a jestli už je to Brno-Židenice nebo Brno-Hl. Nádraží, nad tím jsem už nějak neuvažoval.

Možná není všechno úplně ztraceno. Záleží ale na tom, jestli jsi přes Židenice projížděl až večer. Zkusil bych v tomto případě argumentovat, že v Židenicích byla zavřená pokladna (tam ji v podvečer skutečně uzavírají)a tudíž nastává varianta zakoupeni jízdenky od průvodčího až ve vlaku - a bez přirážky. Ale musel bys dostatečně důvěryhodně dokázat, že jsi nastoupil právě v těch Židenicích.

...napadlo mě ještě, to, že jestli náhodou vlastníš šalinkartu, tak není co řešit. Mezi Židenicemi a hlavňákem se dá cestovat na tento doklad.

[5]: Obávám se, že tyto myšlenky mě napadli taky, ale bohužel. Jezdím z 99% autem a šalinou jedu maximálně jednou za měsíc, když jedu někam večer do hospody. Takže šalinkartu nemám.

Hlásím, že už mě žádná legální možnost, jak obelstít molocha, nenapadá. Na každý pád přeju bohatého ježíška :-)
