Instalace Adober Reader pomocí MSI a Group policy

Některé aplikace je vhodné instalovat na příč celou firmou a s co nejmenší námahou. Pro tuto instalaci slouží Group policy (Skupinová politika), která umí distribuovat aplikace do celé sítě.

Nevýhodou je, že umí distibuovat pouze aplikace formátu MSI a velká většina aplikací jsou stále ve starém formátu EXE. Naštěstí někdy existuje způsob, jak tyto instalační programy převést z EXE do MSI.

Chcete-li takto instalovat Adobe Reader (dříve Adobe Acrobat Reader), je třeba ho nejprve stáhnout a následně spustit s parametry -nos_ne:

AdbeRdr80_en_US.exe -nos_ne

Ve složce %temp% se vytvoří soubory AcroRead.msi a Data1.cab, které lze potom pomocí Group policy instalovat na příč sítí.

Adobe Reader 9 dekomprimuje AcroRead.msi do složky %userprofile%\Local Settings\Data aplikací\Adobe\Reader 9.0\Setup Files\

Dobrý den,mám takový problém a nevím jak se to stalo.Co je ve formátu adobe...tak to neotevřu.Když jsem chtěl odinstalovat nebo nainstalovat adobereader,tak ani jedno nejde.Píše mi to,že nebyla nalezena cesta a na konci je napsáno acroreader.msi Vůbec nevím proč a co se stalo.Nemůžu dělat nic.Můžete mi nějak poradit?Děkuji Korduliaková
