Reverzní DNS záznam
Chybějící reverzní záznam v DNS může způsobit nedoručitelnost emailů. Je to poměrně prosté, ale často se na to při změně providera zapomíná.
Jedná se o tom, že když se náš Exchange server pokouší doručit poštu na jiný Exchange server, tak se mu hlásí svou IP adresou a svým DNS jménem. Protější Exchange server může zkusit ověřit přes tzv. reverzní záznam, zda tato IP adresa opravdu odkazuje na dané DNS jméno. V případě, že reverzní záznam neexistuje nebo je špatně, může Exchange server poštu odmítnout s tím, že se jedná o spam.
Drobná potíž je v tom, že reverzní záznam se nenastavuje u správce naší domény, ale u poskytovatele internetu, který již většinou nemá žádné jednoduché rozhraní pro nastavení.
To zda máte zřízen reverzní záznam pro váš Exchange můžete zjistit takto: (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx - je externí IP adresa poštovního serveru)
ping -a xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
Pokud se vám zobrazí:
Příkaz Ping na xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
nemáte reverzní záznam zřízen.
Pokud se zobrazí:
Příkaz Ping na server.domena.cz
je zřízen příslušný reverzní záznam.
Pozn: V případě, že si nejste jistí s nastavením DNS záznamů nebo Exchange serverem ve Vaší společnosti, je vhodné kontaktovat specializovaného správce sítě.
