PC a internet Konfigurace Outlook Anywhere na Exchange 2010

Outlook Anywhere slouží pro připojování Outlooku v notebooku k Exchange 2010 z externí sítě bez nutnosti vytvoření VPN připojení. Konfigurace se provádí následovně:

Konfigurace Exchange 2010 serveru

Nejprve je třeba na serveru nainstalovat RPC over HTTP Proxy komponentu, která se nachází ve Features.

Dále je třeba na Exchange serveru 2010 zapnout Outlook Anywhere: EMC - Server Configuration - Client Access - pravým tlačítkem na název serveru - Enable Outlook Anywhere. Zadáte veřejný DNS název serveru, zvolíte typ autentikace a stisknete Enable. Jem možné, že bude několik minut trvat, než začne Outlook Anywhere fungovat. Fungčnost lze ověřit na www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/.

Konfigurace Outlooku

Konfigurace účtu na stanici se provádí v nastavení účtů: Nástroje - Ovládací panely - Pošta - Emailové účty - Microsoft Exchange - Opravit (Pozn.: Předpokládá se, že již máte vytvořený účet pro Exchange v Outlooku.).

Dále zvolíte: Konfigurovat ručně nastavení serveru nebo další typy serveru, na další záložce tlačítko Další nastavení, záložka Připojení. Zaškrtnete Připojit se k poštovní schránce na serveru Microsoft Exchange pomocí protokolu HTTP a stisknete Nastavení proxy serveru Exchange.

Do kolonky https:// zadáte veřejný DNS název serveru, který jste zadali při konfiguraci na serveru. Nastavíte správný typ Autentikace a již můžete běhat s Outlookem po internetových kavárnách.


Hledáte-li správce sítě nebo prostě nekoho kdo umí spravovat servery, hledejte na www.petr-hladis.cz
