Office 365 - Nastavení expirace hesla
U účtu v Office365 mě dost trápilo neustálé měnění hesla v Outlooku a všech ostatních periferiích. Tady je návod, jak expiraci hesla v Office365 vypnout.
Nejprve je třeba si do počítače nainstalovat Commandlety pro práci s Office365:
- Microsoft Online Services Sign-In Assistant (IDCRL7) - 32 bit version
- Microsoft Online Services Sign-In Assistant (IDCRL7) - 64 bit version
- Microsoft Online Services Module for Windows PowerShell (32-bit version)
- Microsoft Online Services Module for Windows PowerShell (64-bit version)
Na ploše se potom vytvořil zástupce Modul služeb Microsoft Online Services pro Windows PowerShell, kterým lze pomocí PowerShellu ovládat Office365. Ten je třeba spustit.
Prvním krokem je přihlášení k účtu u Office365:
Connect-MsolService
Vyskočí klasický dialog pro přihlášení. Po přihlášení lze účet spravovat.
Zjištění, kdo má nastaveno PasswordNeverExpires
Get-MSOLUser | Select UserPrincipalName, PasswordNeverExpires
Nastavení PasswordNeverExpires pro všechny uživatele
Get-MSOLUser | Set-MsolUser -PasswordNeverExpires $true
Nastavení PasswordNeverExpires pro konkrétního uživatele
Set-MsolUser -UserPrincipalName -PasswordNeverExpires $true
kde user Id je emailová adresa, neboli UserPrincipalName, které lze zjistit takto:
Get-MSOLUser
