Články a zajímavosti Recept na mušle

Koupili jsme před časem v Tescu mražené předvařené vyloupané mušle. Dlouho nám leželi v mrazáku, než jsem se dneska v roztodivné náladě rozhodl, že je zkusím připravit. Dlouze jsem hledal na internetu a nakonec jsem zvolil recept, který uváděla firma Nowaco na obalu od mušlí.

Na másle jsem krátce orestoval rozmražené mušle spolu se šunkou pokrájenou na nudličky. Mám věci na másle docela rád, tak jsem máslem moc nešetřil. Po chvíli jsem to zalil troškou bílého vína – Vlašský ryzlink 2003 – protože dobrý pokrm přece nepokazím špatným vínem. Zaklopil jsem to celé pokličkou a dusil asi 15 minut.

Potom jsem přidal mražený hrášek a nakrájený vařený bílek ze tří vajec (v receptu sice psali dvě vejce, ale já mám vejce rád, tak jsem raději nešetřil). Celé jsem to trochu osolil a opepřil (použil jsem Cayenský pepř – nevím proč, ale je mému jazyku nějak sympatičtější). Pak recept radil ještě Estragon, o kterém si můžu nechat zdát, tak jsem tam šupnul kousek Tymiánu. Kápnul jsem trošku vody, protože docházela a s vínem jsem to raději nechtěl přehánět, a dusil několik minut, než hrášek změkne.

Mezi tím jsem v misce rozetřel tři vaječné žloutky (recept opět říkal dva, ale co s jedním žloutkem a navíc, když já mám ty vajíčka tak rád), 40g taveného sýra (použil jsem tři trojúhelníčky Apetita, což je asi 52g, ale když je víc žloutků, musí být i víc sýra). Celé jsem to naředil lžící oleje a troškou octa (recept doporučuje vinný ocet, ale bohužel zatím taky nevlastníme).

Jakmile byl hrášek měkký, vypnul jsem plyn a vmíchal žloutkovou směs do pokrmu.

A teď nastala ta nejhorší chvíle – ochutnat. Mám to vyhodit nebo to bude jedlé. I ejhle ochutnal jsem a zjistil, že je to prudce jedlé. Nechápu, jak jsem bez mušlí mohl doposud žít. Jenom než jsem napsal tento článek jsem byl dvakrát ochutnat a už se chystám znovu.

Jo a abych nezapomněl, v receptu doporučují podávat s těstovinami nebo bramborem, ale já mám pocit, že to sním jen tak.

dělali jsme to se ženou už asi 6x a je to super Mňamka díky za recept, na který jsem narazil v podstatě omylem když jsem hledal něco jak upravit mořské plody

Ani já to nikdy vařit nebudu.
TAVENÝ SÝR? K mušlím? V tom případě jsi myslím zaponměl i na vegetu, druhou nejoblíbenější ingredienci univerzálních kuchařů.
Nic osobního, samozřejmě...

Nic proti, ale do tohoto receptu jste ani musle pouzit nemuseli, nemohly byt citit. Michana vajicka na sunce s tavenym syrem. Opravdu chybi jen nejaka ta vegeta, ci masox, jak psal diskuter prede mnou. Pomooooc...
